I needed legal representation at the end of 2017 and into 2018. I was fortunate to find Hugh McDonnell. From the beginning he expressed compassion and kindness. It became clear that he was more than capable of handling my case. He and his staff were professional and promptly returned my calls when concerns arose. Additionally, it was very clear that Hugh was well respected by colleagues within the courtroom, which was a huge reassurance to me! At the close of my case, he was able to secure excellent terms on my behalf. It is without reservation, that I recommend Mr. McDonnell's office to anyone in need of legal help!

Hugh's the real deal! This was my first case in my life and Hugh was not only able to get the best possible outcome but also really helped guide me through the process, deal with the courts and made me feel a lot calmer during the pre trial phase. He got 2 of my charges dropped and the 3rd reduced to lowest minimal allowed. I would've been a wreck if I didn't have Hugh to lean on and help me through this process. Anyone that needs a lawyer, Hugh McDonnell's no amateur, he knows what he's doing. If I ever have a problem in the future or know someone who needs a lawyer, I'll always go to Hugh! Wow how to start... Hugh and his team did a fantastic job for my family and I, with positive outcome and helping us through such a rough situation. Hugh is a fantastic lawyer!! He helped me so much. I would and will recomend him to any and everyone that needs great representation! He may not be inexpensive however is that what you really want? Dont you want the best to represent you. He helped me to feel at ease when I was worried. He will not let you down. I cant say enough about how great he is to work with and how easy he is to talk to. I have high expectations for myself moving forward in life. Therefore, will not expect his services anytime soon. However, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt if I did need counsel. This is the worse lawyer I've ever met or encountered in my life. You would think that his age means experience but he uses this to persuade you to hire but in the end he only cares about taking your money. He tell's you what you want to hear he even told me he could get the charges dropped without even seeing the affidavit, history, or no true knowledge of the case. This was a red flag from the first day I met the guy but the "experience " he supposedly had convinced me to hire the guy. He also charged me $3500 for a case that over 5 lawyers I spoke with quoted me no more than $2500. He made me to believe that he was the most expensive because he had the experience that others didn't. His experience turned out to be a con for money that not all people have to throw away. He has major health issues and at times didn't even remember who I was when I called. All he would say instead of admitting to his actions is that "he can withdraw from council if I'm not satisfied". This is after I had already given him over $2250. Long story short do not hire this person. He will lead you on and once you hire him will turn into a whole different person. Again I say, this is the worse lawyer I've ever encountered. If you hire him you're setting yourself up for major dissapointment and pretty much asking to be robbed of your hard earned money.
