I thought the 4 hour course for HOA board members was going to be a very long morning but it turns out Ansbacher's format made my morning much better and the info flowed easily. The overview was helpful up front so we understood what would be covered, and the attorneys rotated topics which nicely broke up any potential monotony. Loved the colored text for condo vs HOA....made it super easy to understand which parts applied / did not apply to my situation. That has been very frustrating in past courses. Would take part in future courses and recommend to others

The 2025 Legal Update for Condos/HOAs via live and Webinar was very informative and well presented. Additionally, the Q&A session afterwards addressed several open issues. The Presentation Team very knowledgeable and professional.

I took the 4 hour HOA Board Course with Barry and Paula and it was extremely informative, my particular favorite part being when Barry showed how to navigate the house and senate bills and answering my question on the Q&A.
