Smith & Eulo Law Firm: Criminal Defense Law Firm

I had Caleb in 2022 and I didn't want to write this review but till this day I'm still effected by his unorganized ways. I provided everything, paperwork, half the time he didn't answer my calls or texts. He didn't show up to 1 of my court dates where he has to present himself. even the judge was upset and had to continue my date.He always had someone else take his spot on my court dates I only met him 1 time. He decided to take it to trial but he did tell me "I'm just going to be honest, I been extremely busy on a murder case in Orlando" Then a day before trial he briefly told me in 2 minutes everything will be fine just a probation for a DUI.After my arrest and got bailed out and shortly after that I found out I was 4 weeks pregnant . I thought I was stressed and sick. WELL TRIAL HAPPENED. I just had a newborn because my case was 11 months long. He shows up late to trial, laughing in front of the judge talking about traffic, asks jury to leave and said pleading to the judge was for my best interest. Trial lasted 4 minutes, it failed horribly giving me 272 days , he didn't bring NOTHING I sent him and then he just kept apologizing to me saying I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry , as I look back at my newborn and cry my eyes out. He said he will file a motion to get me out and he never did. He just left me to rot in jail.
