You can tell whomever the receptionist is that she actually care about the wellbeing of the people calling in. She doesn't just like her job she believes in what she does and understands that she has as much power in making positive impact on other people lives just as much as the attorneys. OVERALL genuine care whether they take you case or not is important. Being a good person is deeper than just doing the right thing it's going above and beyond to do the right thing without conscious thought. I don't remember the name of the woman I spoke to this afternoon but I hope the Firm realizes her worth. I've been a recruiter for 8 consecutive years and hired over 1000 people.
