hired Mr Martin or Martin Law Group on or about March 2024 for Child Support Modification for a flat fee, then I ended paying more fees each time, Communication was extremely poor never return phone calls/emails on time, the fact is I have to make each time an appointment and wait for them about 48 hours or even more days The attorney staff are virtually locate out the country, the attorney office is like a virtual space, you can google the location. Motion due on always are late, even that after I fired the firm never returned or refunded any money that was paid in advance,prejudicing my case. I paid $2,450 upfront to filled a motion that never was filed remains unrefunded despite requests since July 3. demonstrated minimal experience handling any case. Public records confirm [State Bar in Florida sanctioned them in or about 2021 for [violation]. I do not recommend." and beware to pay any fee in advance.
