The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Someone answered the phone everytime that I called. I can't say enough good things about the firm but as a whole they were a pleasure to work for and it relieved a lot of stress for me knowing that they were doing such a great job. Oh! I almost forgot that the fees are reasonable and no one in the firm tried to take advantage of my situation by price gouging.
