I've been fighting my WC case for 6 years too long. After firing my last attorney Mr. Byrd & Brandy got my case settled within 3m! I only wish I found them sooner than later! They ALWAYS answer my phone calls, emails or returned my call within 24hrs! I was very pleased with them & their services!

I've known Terry Bird for 6 years he worked on a workman's comp case for me and did a great job he is now working on another case for me a slip and fall him and Carol are both doing so far so good Carol is really nice and Mr bird he's just he's really concerned about you if you need a caring attorney use byrd an Byrd

Terry Byrd and his staff have been amazing, they treat you like family and always take your phone call for any questions, I am so impressed with them I have already sent friends and family to him because I know they will be treated with respect and dignity!!!

Doesn't communicate with his clients about mediation details and/or settlement fees (which has legal consequences for client ONLY). Him and his paralegal gets attitude when you press for more detail. over charge the legal amount and doesn't tell you until you settle. So by that time your stuck because he implies strongly that the client can be sued. DONT GO HERE!!!! Very unsatisfied client.
