Got into an accident when PCS'D from Virgina. Called these guys when I 1st got to Flemmin Island, FL to help me. They seemed okay. I just wish things had went differently and that they communicated more. We could've got double if the paralegal or whomever we spoke to in the beginning relayed the full story to Jessica about what was put in the Dr./ER Visit when we went. I called the same day to inform the "paralegal" (I forget her name, but guessing she's not a lawyer) that something was missing or that it was documented wrong. Not to go to far in depth, but I was told no big deal when it probably cost us thousands and we've been through alot. Yes, it was the ER Doctors fault, but he is not a lawyer nither are we. They should've advised us to return immediately and make sure it was documented properly. Just frustrating. At the end of the day I think they helped a little. I was content with the outcome,but my wife not so much. It could've been better. Also please look into sending your people to different rehab doctors/personal. I had to update this review after the exceptional representation I got from Farah & Farah a few years after I used B&C. The difference was Night & Day. I've only had to call a firm twice in my 20 years of driving. I know now who I'll call if there's a 3rd time. Sorry B&C, you guys have to do & treat people better.

They helped him to seek all the medical treatment that he needed. They helped him with all of his medical bills. They always take your phone call. Barnes And Cohen Lawyers Office is the most responsible and reliable and courteous lawyers I have ever met. when I say they treat you like family I mean they truly do treat you like family. And Jessica who we dealt with through the entire process was the most amazing helpful courteous young lady I've ever met in this profession. Even a year and a half later after the case has been closed we received a phone call where they were still helping our son with benefits he did not know he had coming.
