The Ticket Clinic - A Law Firm

Saved me a trip to North Carolina. I reside in Florida. The fees to retain them as an attorney were very affordable. They were able to reduce my charges and settle my case. Kept me update with everything pertaining to the case. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys!

People were nice and professional when I walked in for help a few months ago. They told me what it would cost and that I wouldn't have to do anything and I'd have zero points on my licenses.. the price was less then the ticket and no points I was like this is a no brainer.. now jump 3 months forward I get a letter saying my licenses will be suspended if I dont pay what I owe?? Me not seeing the email is on me. Ill take that. But when talking to a paying client you might want to let them know ahead of time they will have court cost as well. So with the $189 court cost i owe now amd what i payed for services it's almost double what the ticket was. The 2 stars is because this wasn't explain to me. Yes I didn't receive any points. But for the total cost this has cost me now I would of just took the online class.

Well I don't know who had issues with this firm and have used them on Five different occasions and each time they won and had communicated perfectly and I have a friend using them today for a ticket...

Terrible experience with them. They wasited 2 weeks of a 30 day notice before telling me the outcome, leaving me not enough time to complete the courts request. Even when they did respond they failed to send all the documents leaving out important information. Waste of money.

I wish I could give zero stars I would not recommend this firm to anybody. Attorney Joel is the absolute worst ! He is unprofessional and does not care about his clients. He was my attorney for months never even did a zoom meeting with me or had me come into the office. The only time I would hear from him was the day prior to my court hearings as a reminder to be there. He would try to sit with me 15 mins prior to do a brief summary of what I should expect. He cared more about showing up to the court room trying to be a cool guy than worrying about his clients. He literally didn't even know what I looked after being my attorney for months meaning he wasn't looking at my file because clearly it would have a picture of me (mugshot) he tried to get me to take a deal that was unreasonable when I turned it down and threaten to come after the firm he said he would negotiate a better deal. He still proceeded to try to get me to take a shitty deal I fired him via email and requested a new attorney or full refund for lack of communication which as a hired attorney that's illegal he appointed me one of his colleagues. To make matters worst they were sending text messages about me saying negative things and accidentally the attorney sent it to me. I have the emails and text messages I am currently reaching out to a legal firm in Tampa , Fl to see what can be done about this they need to disbar Attorney Joel Osborne. I repeat do not spend your money with these people they do not have your best interests.
