I am grateful they took my case but after 2 1/2 years I'm still not done. I've had 3 different lawyers with 2 different paralegals bc ppl are quitting or leaving. I've been trying to contact the newest paralegals for over a month and no one has responded to emails or VM'S. Their automated system is now AI so you cant get a real human. Its like the whole legal team disbanded and is AWOL (absent without leave). I didn't have this problem with Harrell &Harrell.

This was the worst nightmare I could've ever had. Use any other lawyer!!! I got into a car accident (not my fault) which is already horrible and they made it so much worse. I worked with Danielle and Amanda specifically I don't feel they had my best interest at all. Definitely don't count on Danielle to give you good advice because she lost me over almost THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS!! I lost a thousand for my car appraisal and never got my rental covered because she told me to switch my claim from their company to mine at the end of the process. Because of their lack of education on car accidents and insurance I ended up having to pay $1600 on the rental and never got reimbursed. They also sent me to a horrible chiropractor that uses students who actually made my injuries worse. Lastly, they are horrible communicators and I had no idea what was going on until they wanted their money. Please don't use them I would hate to see you go through what I went through.

My experience with this law firm was great! My case settled quick and efficiently. The staff made things so easy for me, I could basically handle everything from home or by telephone, no real hassle from anyone. Pia, my case manager was great, she was patient and understanding to my circumstances along the way. I would definitely refer someone I know to this firm for their personal injury case. DO NOT HIRE, DO NOT HIRE. I have been working with this firm for over a year. Communication was accomplished only twice within the full year. The paralegal team always have to call you back hours or even days later after you have reached out several times. I personally had to reach out to my insurance company to recover my deductible a year later(no assistance). No communication from my so called paralegal as of 8/9/2022. The firm really needs to work on how to value customers. No update on my case status, not a clue if the law firm has filed a case against the defendant. no update calls, no concerns about the well being of the client at all. no response to the termination letter that was sent to them months ago. I would highly suggest finding another firm and staying far away from this one. Thanks Brandon L.

Courtney Clyne is an absolutely terrific attorney. She went above and beyond my expectations and got me an unbelievable settlement for my car accident.
