I am currently working this firm as I write this. I am a disabled veteran and I feel that the VSO's that are here to help disregard me as I am a female. I was desperate, and made the call. I spoke to his wife and she was amazing and listened to me cry and just break down. I met with him and he was almost as amazing. (JK, lol) He listened to me, broke down the process, told me what to expect and we have been going on from there. I will say that it's been less than 2 months of filing and I already have a comp and pen exam scheduled in two weeks. Barb has been nothing short of amazing. She is kind, gentle, and takes the time to listen (as I often never shut up) There have been a few hiccups, but nothing worth being upset over, and certainly nothing that warrants anything negative. Cost is about average based on what I have seen/found, but I feel comfortable, and in good hands. It is hard to find any reviews on experiences, but he was highly recommended in a veteran FB group. I will update this as the process moves forward and give an honest opinion/review no matter what the outcome.
