I went to my car to be ready for my phone call appointment time of 1pm, only to see a missed call from their number at 10 am. When I called back I had a one way conversation with an AI Assistant bot. when I tried to call back again (when they did NOT call me back at my appointment time after waiting for an additional 20 minutes PAST the appointment time) and I tried a different extension option, I was forwarded to another automated message to leave a message. From this experience alone I am giving 1 star (I'd give 0 if it was an option) because if this is how they handle a simple initial consult, than I can only imagine how they "handle" aka AUTOMATE your case.
