I was in a car accident on 8/4. I have some severe injuries. I haven't been happy with the care I've been receiving from both my law firm or medical team. I called viles and Beckmann, and was spoke with the amazing Maria. She helped ease all of my anxiety. She was so personable and stayed in the phone with me while I filled out paper work just incase I had any questions. She didn't rushed at all, and encouraged me to take my time in filling out the paperwork and ask any questions. When I had questions about what it look like financially to transfer to a new lawyer. She wasted no time in messaging one of the lawyers and had them join in our conversation. I spoke one of the lawyers that works there Named Francesca. She answered my questions clear and concisely. At the end of the call, Maria asked me what my favorite snack and drinks were. This was so that they could have them there in the office incase I have to go there for any in person meetings in the office. Since the beginning of my accident I have had a gut feeling that I need to change lawyers and just this really bad anxiety about how I was being treated and my case was being handled. In just one call to Viles and Beckam all that anxiety went away. The fact that she got a lawyer on the phone immediately to answer my questions blew my mind and showed that I made a good decisions in transferring my case to them. I'm glad I listened to my gut, and I encourage anybody else going through what I went through to listen to their gut and advocate for them selves. My advice to anyone in an accident.
