Recently dealt with this firm for the closing of my home. Throughout the process I had to reach out and acquire information that should have been provided though their "service". It's was very difficult to reach anyone, Michelle Smith (Closing Processor) and Nichole Grimes (Closing Agent) work together but do not communicate with one another. This lack of communication caused me to delay closing. Honestly they did not seem to prioritize my business or they were overwhelmed. If you are looking for a smooth and timely tile service, I do not recommend this firm.
