A great office and staff! They always keep my wife and I informed every step of the way in all 3 of our cases we have with them. I received a favorable decision from the judge during my hearing. My attorney was a very nice young man, personable and was informative. The office staff/managers and customer service answering the phones are not courteous or polite. No please or thank you from these ladies! Questions get short answers and they truly come across as if the client is a bother to them and have an inappropriate attitude in their demeanor. My settlement and settlements like mine pay their salary. It's obviously a training issue. Employees in that capacity dealing with severely ill or disabled people need to conduct themselves in a more respectful and compassionate manner.
