I had one of the worst experiences with this lawyer. In my opinion, this whole thing was a scam and the lawyer was fully aware of it. How can any honest attorney take a case with no proof, no photos of any damaged car, and a story that makes no sense?
He was extremely aggressive toward me and told me over the phone, all that matters is the money. That alone says everything about his priorities. His client claimed to need a $X00,000 surgery after an accident that, to my knowledge, never even happened and yet the only thing the client actually received was a simple injection. Still, they pushed forward and somehow managed to get a settlement.
Three separate lawyers I spoke with couldn't believe this case was ever taken. They all said it should've never existed in the first place. The case had already been dismissed once for lack of proof, which says it all.
It's sad to see how easily the system gets manipulated and how insurance companies keep paying out even when there's clearly no evidence at all. I've saved every piece of evidence and communication, and I'm sending everything to the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) and the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) for investigation.
In my opinion, this lawyer represents everything that's wrong with the legal system,chasing money instead of truth. I'll fight to make sure this gets investigated. FRAUD like behavior at its finest.
P.S. After I posted this review, Mr. Tucker personally called my lawyer to say he plans to sue me over it. In my opinion, that kind of response says everything about his character..... rather than addressing the facts, he's trying to intimidate me for speaking the truth.
Any such lawsuit would clearly violate Florida's anti-SLAPP statute (SS768.295), which protects people like me from being sued for expressing honest opinions.
I'm not scared, and I'm not backing down. None of this money affects me personally!!! but lawyers who operate like this are exactly why insurance rates keep rising in Florida. It's unfair to honest people who end up paying the price.
