I cannot say enough good things about Jamie Allen and my case manager Alana Wheeler. I reached out to Jamie while in the hospital and she responded immediately. Alana has been my rock with solid advice, quick responses, positive and kind energy. They both have worked so hard to make sure that I had everything I needed from doctors appointments to contacting providers for billing to going after the insurance company and providing direction. There was very little to work with with my case as the driver was not insured but Jamie and Alana continued to help me navigate the system. They are STILL helping me even after the case closed.
