Ms.Mack and also Heather Hopper were both absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately I was in need of an attorney and originally I hired someone out of Sarasota and after a few months into the case a family member mentioned that I should have hired Ms. Mack. She was very confident in Ms. Mack so I called and ended up switching to Mack law firm mid case and I'm happy I did. From that first phone call I was impressed with her knowledge and her straight forward attitude. She was always on top of everything as was Heather. Any questions I had Heather was prompt to respond and always helpful. Terrible representation. Kerry had me confused with a different client of hers several times. Kept asking for continuances. Dragged out my case in order to line her pockets, and because she appeared to have more clients than she could handle. Jacqueline is just an all around ditz. Kerry lied on several occasions regarding our conversations. Just an all around bad experience.

Everyone that my wife and I had contact with at the Mack Law Firm was professional, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Kerry explained everything involved in our case very clearly and took the time to answer all our questions and beyond that assuaged any worries that we had about the possible outcomes of our situation.
