I had a consultation with this firm and genuinely felt taken care of. They were clear, patient, and didn't make me feel rushed or confused. Everything was explained in a straightforward way, and I walked out feeling like I actually understood my options instead of being more stressed. It's rare to find lawyers who communicate like real people, but they do. I'm glad I reached out.

I was referred to this firm through Legal Shield but never spoke with Mr. Tygar himself--my case was handled by his son. I paid a non-refundable 10-hour retainer, yet only 3.7 hours of work were done before I was told my case was "resolved." When I asked for additional help on the same matter, my emails were ignored. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this firm.

Lackluster handling of a real estate closing. The transaction was completed but the lack of communication, clear inexperience in handling real estate transactions and plain rudeness when contacted for updates makes this a one and done experience. As a real estate professional who participates in dozens of transaction per year, this office is firmly at the bottom of the pile in terms of overall experience.

I had a really tough experience with Neil Dyer's office. I hired him for a litigation matter during an already stressful time in my life, and unfortunately, working with him added to that stress instead of easing it. While Neil may be qualified on paper, I personally felt like there was a real lack of empathy and support throughout the process. I rarely spoke with him directly and was quickly handed off to his son, who, from my perspective as a real estate professional, seemed inexperienced and not ready to manage a case of this nature. Communication was slow. I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates. I also felt that the fees charged were extremely high, and given the level of support I received, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being taken advantage of at a time when I was already vulnerable. It's difficult to write this, but I think it's important to be honest. This was the worst experience I've had with any legal professional. I personally would not recommend this firm.

Ian Tygar did an excellent job drafting a lease for my multifamily rental property. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive to the specific needs of the property. The lease was thorough and tailored to protect my interests as a landlord. Recommend their services to any real estate investor.
