Earlier this week, several employees of this firm, including Darryl Kogan received an email alleging numerous wrongdoings by firm's leadership. I won't outline the accusations in this review as they arent relevant to this review, but I will be posting the full letter I received along with commentary in short order. I only know about this email because it was sent to me when I received a harassing email from an attorney representing Kogan & DiSalvo, P.A. accusing me of sending this email without proof and threatening to sue me and attacking my wife because she refused to be intimidated into signing away her rights by Darryl Kogan. To be clear, I did not send this email alleging wrongdoing, but the fact they are threatening to sue me without grounds goes to show how detached from reality this firm has become. My wife gave this company 3.5 years and built their litigation department from the ground up and they make a couple bad hires and start attacking anyone they didn't like or who they perceived as a threat. The truth and being ethical appear to not matter to this firm. They threatened "this will follow you for the rest of your life." All of this based on an email my wife and I didn't send, and they didn't even bother to check the ownership of the email before making some crazy accusations. In my opinion, this firm cant be trusted with anything and anyone who willing associates with someone who behaves like that should be shamed. In my opinion, Darryl Kogan is an insult to his name and the legal profession. Unfortunately for him, I don't intimidate and I don't waver. Don't hire this morgan and morgan wannabes firm. Hire a lawyer who upholds the standards of being called a lawyer.
