Mr. Hector Cuprill, Esq. helped bring balance and fairness back into a situation that had become very unjust. He fixed the previous lawyer's mistakes. He was able to restore a ridiculous international custody situation to a reasonable outcome. While I know he has a very busy practice, Mr. Cuprill made me feel like I was his one and only client; his interpersonal skills are outstanding. In the beginning he was polite and professional. He seemed to be very caring for my son and our family. He said he would be here for us and that we would be like family. It just sounds like a marketing pitch at this point. First month was great the second month, I get another bill which is fine, I was aware of the upcoming bills. I explained to him that I would be paying in increments which you're allowed to do through PayPal. I also explain to him that there would be different methods of me paying for the bill because of my circumstances. I asked him if we could expedite the case because we didn't want to drag it. He explained, fair enough . I did explain to him my circumstances financially, however, I never said that I was NOT going to pay or that I wanted to withdraw. He turns around and texts me back threatening me that if I don't comply with my responsibilities in pain he will withdraw. On top of that he tells me that other clients are having to finance my sons legal rep. Why would he say that ? That's not professional nor you don't bring up other clients. SO KEEP IN MIND, THIS ATTORNEY IS USING YOUR MONEY TO SUPPORT OTHERS according to him . WOW First and foremost, I'm fully aware of my responsibilities to pay the contract because I read and I signed the contract. There's no need to remind or threaten a person if they don't pay that they would withdraw. Mind you this is only my second month and the first month I paid him the full amount of $1500. Also he sent me a bill due to be paid on the first day that it's been sent. Mind you, I text him that I would pay him in increments( PayPal ) the very next day. I told him that I didn't appreciate that last comment he made which was a threat about withdrawing and then he proceeds with telling me that he had made a decision to withdraw the case for no apparent reason. We are already under a lot of emotions and in a stressful situation. He said in the beginning he would be here for us so why is he not here now? Because he didn't like that I responded back to his last text message? This was wrong ! I was not behind, I didn't have any money accumulated , he sent me a text with the amount due to be paid that same day without notice ! I responded the next day that I would be paying him and this is how I get paid ! He didn't like my response to the DEMAND to pay so he withdrew He sounds like he has a short temper ! Bad attitude It's just not appropriate or professional! Seems like totally about the money and not the family! He says " God Bless you" as if he truly cares. Mind you, I was never rude or disrespectful to him by any second. Did he ever say " God bless you when he terminated us?" No he didn't . But I was kind enough to say, "have a wonderful day and thank you for helping NEW*** now he has the professionalism to state my sons crime on this page!! This is a A And B conversation. This is not about my son. This is about a misunderstanding on your behalf! So please Stop! I can write what I want on this page . It's public Hope you guys have luck finding a professional attorney

I had the opportunity to work and assist attorney Cuprill with some cases. Some of the cases assisting his clients, and some cases assisting the other parties involved.
