This review is long overdue. After getting injured in a car accident in 2/17, I wasn't sure who to contact. I went to an attorney referral website and entered my information. While I received responses via email from other attorneys, Ken Cutler called me personally, which seemed to set them apart from the others. We spoke briefly and he invited me to come into the office. While there, I met with Andrew Rader. The meeting further solidified my initial feelings that these were people I would want representing me. The whole staff was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The paralegals kept in constant contact ensuring things were on track and Andrew would not hesitate to give me a call to update me with how things were going and what to expect. At one point, Andrew was unable to make a meeting as he was in court. Instead of rescheduling and delaying progress, Ken Cutler stepped right in. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact Cutler Rader. I cannot thank the team enough!

When my wife was hit by a car in a hit and run while jogging, we called Cutler Rader, just to be sure we were handling the situation correctly -- this had never happened to us before, and hopefully never happens again. They immediately took our call, helped us keep calm, and made sure we were doing what we needed to (medical evaluations, police reports, etc.) in order to keep all options open. Thankfully, it turned out that my wife was not seriously injured, and that's also where I really saw the integrity of Cutler Rader come through. They genuinely wanted to make sure that we were OK, but they did NOT encourage us to pursue legal action, since we turned out not to have much of a case. I hope I never need to call a personal injury attorney again, but if I ever do, I know that I am calling Cutler Rader, and I would recommend that anyone else do the same. They really know what they're doing, and just as important, they're trustworthy and ethical.

I had a difficult contract situation and had been told by other lawyers that I was pretty much stuck and just had to wait it out. Attorney Andrew Rader was extremely patient and helpful and used his expertise in Florida contract law to show me that I wasn't stuck in the contract at all, provided specific advice on how to handle future legal challenges, and helped me get the compensation that I was owed.
