My experience with this attorney has been extremely disappointing and damaging to my case. He filed a motion regarding my ex's illegal activities and then did nothing after the filing. There was no follow through, no effort to move the motion forward, and no action taken to protect me or my daughter. He requested documents and evidence for his own preparation, not for my benefit, and then ignored everything he asked me to gather. He did not use the information he requested and he did not complete the work he started. He acknowledged that my ex was not complying with a judge's order and still allowed me to sign paperwork while I was under clear duress. He told me he did not believe the other party would comply, yet he refused to take the steps needed to enforce the order and protect my daughter. My case was left unresolved because he stopped working on it. His lack of follow through left me and my child exposed to ongoing issues that could have been prevented. I paid for legal representation and I did not receive the action or advocacy that any client deserves. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. My case is still ongoing and his failure to act has cost me over $10k.

When I first got served my divorce paperwork, I was completely caught off guard. Worried about time sharing and splitting up marital assets. Bob was extremely attentive and understanding to my needs. The most important thing to me was getting 50-50 custody of my daughter. He turned into a complete pitbull during mediation and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Going through a divorce is one of the worst things anybody can do but finding a divorce attorney that will fight for your rights and protect you even from yourself sometimes is what you need. He is absolutely a beast when it comes to getting a fair and reasonable split.

Im not one for posting reviews much however, Mr stepniak is the best attorney if your looking for someone who will give his all to helping you. He recently handled my very ugly divorce for me and I was very pleased with the quality of the work I received, Him and his office handled it all with the utmost professionalism and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of representation.
