My first initial appointment was in the Crystal River office. They were very welcoming, putting me at ease. My meeting with Mr Czaya was very informative and he explained and answered all my questions pertaining to planning an estate, and being very patient with the lack of my knowledge. My second meeting was in Dunnellon, where I met with Amber Spurgeon to complete paperwork. Again, I was met with some friendly professional people. Amber and the other ladies that I met made the appointment enjoyable. I was extremely impressed with the set up of all my paperwork. All of the important paperwork was placed in a lovely binder with other suggestions to make it easier for my heirs.
