I called today to ask about a ticket, and the experience was extremely disappointing. A woman answered the phone--her name was Joy or something starting with a "J." I initially asked if I was speaking with Lisa, and right away, she responded with attitude for no reason. She said she was the only one there, and her tone was so rude and dismissive, it honestly made me feel sick. It was clear she had no interest in helping or being professional. It's frustrating because every other person I've spoken with at this place in the past has been kind and helpful. If she doesn't want to assist people, maybe she's in the wrong job. One bad interaction like this can ruin a customer's trust in a business.

The ticket clinic is the best agency to go by when your in need for help for any kind of traffic ticket I was accused of going 90+ mph on a normal street road in my town which was not true ,as well as other tickets on top of that in the same night I contacted the ticket clinic team and they went to work right away upon submitting a small payment my tickets all combined over $1,400.00 and they were all acquitted and dismissed with no points or convictions on my license I'm very pleased with this service and they are professionals in this field un like no other thank you again I highly recommend this service to anyone with a situation !
