My mother called them for help, some lady answered the phone and was one of the rudest people I have ever heard. Refusing to even hear my mother out and having a nasty attitude. She didn't even state her name. People like this should not be working in law firms meant to help people, I'm sure the lawyers are great but whoever this person is, needs to be taught etiquette and kindness.
