They've had my case a year and a half. I haven't heard anything from them since July 2025, when I was being asked to resend documents and evidence I sent at the very beginning of the case. I now call multiple times a week some weeks, in addition to emailing and WhatsApping, with no response, although they did accidentally hit "reply all" and include me in the email sent internally on Monday for "Someone to please call this client." Guess what? It's 6:35 pm Thursday and still no call. Apparently ghosting is a thing for them because I've now seen several reviews about it and experienced it myself.
