I've been looking forward a long time for this case to be closed so i could properly relay my experiences with this law office. I would like to start off by stating that the only reason there are 3 stars on my review are due to the amazing Aymee. My car accident happened back June 7th 2023. I was provided Donald's contact info based off reference from a family member of mine. I went in the very next day to do some signing and to get my case started, and was referred to go to a chiropractor office to get an "evaluation" to ensure i had no injuries from the accident. Of course i had a little bit of soreness in my neck and lower back, but that was from the initial shock of the accident that had only occurred 3 days prior. The office worked directly with Don as he provides clients, they offer to clear the balance unless there are serious medical injuries. After my first appointment, i felt great, and was referred to come back the following week. They began to schedule me up to 3 days each week for "adjustments", but no physical therapy. I, not a medical professional, could even tell you that is extremely unhealthy for your body. As you can imagine, what started off as slight soreness turned into excruciating pain to where i was becoming dependent on my adjustments. I expressed my concerns to the medical office and stated i felt i needed much more physical therapy and a lot less adjustments. My concerns were completely ignored, and when i expressed what was going on to my lawyer, he stated that they know what they're doing. The pain grew so unbearable that i completely stopped showing up to my appointments, and now 2 years later i have herniated discs and require a surgery on my back at the ripe age of 21. As soon as i denied my appointments, it was acknowledged by the legal team (Don) that my case would no longer surpass the 10k for injuries. From that very moment forward, my case went on and on with no updates, no communication, and no security. I would call on average once a month for an update, just to find out that Don knew less and less on my case by the day. Now being with no car, missed time off of work, and now a broken back as well, was left wondering daily if i should've just made the claim through insurance and handled it that way. Nothing made progress until Aymee starting working. She went above and beyond to not only reassure me, communicate with me, keep me in the loop, but also actually work the case!! She will thrive in so many ways wherever she chooses to go in this life, and i sincerely hope that she looks into working with a much more reliable and actually efficient law office. Her potential is too high to work for a snobby lawyer who prioritizes getting his personal home aquarium serviced over the clients that even got him there in the first place. Every single review you see here was forced onto the client to create. Ironically enough, Don has reached out to me more now that my case is closed for a 5 star review more then he ever did in the 2 most dreadful years of what was this case. If you're considering getting a lawyer that will actually handle every thing for you, sign Aymee when she gets her license. I appreciate the little check i got but nothing will ever give me back my time, money, or my health. I will never in my life recommend this office to a soul
