I hired this law firm for a Summary Administration probate after my father passed away, and the experience has been unacceptable. I was promised biweekly updates and open communication, but instead my calls and emails went ignored for days at a time. The only messages I reliably received were promotional emails for the attorney's podcast--while my actual case was left without responses. Critical details were missed and never explained, including how medical invoices and additional refund checks should be handled. I was later told these items "weren't in the attorney's notes," even though we discussed them at the start. The probate was closed without listing everything we had originally reviewed, and now I'm being told it must be reopened at an additional cost. I was promised a follow-up on those fees over a month ago and still have not received one. During an already difficult time, the lack of communication, accountability, and basic client support made this process far harder than it needed to be. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this law firm.
