I have had the chance to work with Mr. Jones on multiple projects and have had nothing but great experiences every time. We had an issue with a partnership agreement, but Mr. Jones and his team where able to walk us through the issue, get a new one written and everything taken care of. I have also consulted Mr. Jones on a handful of legal matters that he has either been able to advise on or refer me to someone. Highly recommend this firm.

Spoke with Bret Jones on the phone for an initial consultation regarding a permitting issue. He was very professional and generous with his time. I explained the controversy and what we wanted to achieve. He advised that it would be more cost-effective to engage an environmental professional for this particular case and referred me to a local consultant experienced in these matters. Imagine that, a lawyer declining a case because someone else can handle it for less money! My impression of Bret Jones is that he is very fair and solutions oriented. He does what's best for his client.

I work with many attorneys as part of my career. Frankly, I was shocked by his firm's fantastic service. This week I called back with estate questions, his office staff accurately relayed my questions and Bret Jones called me back and patiently answered all of my concerns. After almost 5 years he had recall of my family and the legal documents he had prepared were perfect. I was fully prepared to pay for his time (almost an hour on the phone). He said, "oh no bill, this is a part of our service!" Need I say more? A smaller personalized law firm with real customer service and attention to detail. I will absolutely use Bret Jones again.
