Very Dissapointed in the response recieved after doing months of therapy with complete care . I asked for a prescription allowing me to get a tax exemp for medical necessity of a portable home spa . Which I need for my cervical, lumbar and back pain . This I will be purchasing out of pocket. The audacity. I have a dx - Cervicalgia, Cervical ; Lumbar disc disorder; Acute Bilateral lower back in addition to budging dics. There chiropractor constantly referring me to take steroid Injections and consided surgical intervention. COMPLETED months of therapy; referred to several of their collagues chiropractors so they can bleed my insurance but a simple prescription they could not afford me . Thumb down . They didn't even have the courtesy to call me back to tell me after leaving several messages unanswered. I had to call ; be placed on hold for the receptionist to tell me the MD told her to tell me. That she isnt comfortable writing the script . 10/31/2025
