We have been dealing with Alvin Foreman at Suncoast for over 3 months. It is noted on his website as well as during the consultation that he expedites filing if you pay a $900 retainer up front. This however has not been the case. Alvin will accept new clients and make time for consultations weekly primarily on Saturdays. If you are an existing client however, you must book an appointment and this is a minimum of a 30 day wait. He does not respond to emails and will not return phone calls. In the event that you call his office, they will provide zero information aside from take new payment details. I have dealt with many attorneys over the years but never have I had such difficulty with communication. The photos below show his availability for new clients and his availability for existing. The contrast make it very apparent that his priority is funneling business and not taking care of existing clients.

I was a nervous wreck getting into bankruptcy. Everyone I called needed $3,000 up front which I didn't have. I received an email from Mr Foreman saying he could get it done and I could start with $300 down and a payment plan. I thought it was too good to be true but my options were limited. I took a chance.
