A skilled attorney doesn't always translate to a skilled communicator. Prioritizing his strengths while shielding clients from his shortcomings could benefit everyone involved. In such an esteemed field as the legal profession where compassion and respect are paramount, Attorney Adam Rauman's conduct was not only unprofessional but utterly disgraceful, and stands in stark contrast to my prior positive experience with Attorney Martha Bolton.
