Mike was amazingly helpful. What a breath of fresh air to have someone who would actually talk to me. A completely different experience than any other law firm I called. Until I called Mike, no other firm would even take my call. One even hung up on me... twice! What I found out was the other firms wanted simple cases, and the complexity of my questions, sounded like anything but a simple case. On the other hand, Mike called me back after I left a message and answered all of my "complex" questions like it was any other Wednesday for him. He was thorough, professional, and cordial. He was able to answer everything, leaving me feeling like a huge weight had been lifted from me.
