I spoke with an attorney Dan and he has given us such good information and has laid out a game plan from our first call. Upfront pricing and has the knowledge at his beck and call. I just want to say, is my first experience going through this. The intake specialist. Roxanne was extremely nice. She was very sweet. She listened. She was very patient. And I honestly have never had that kind of experience you know, when speaking to a law firm of any kind, and I just want to say that she did an excellent job. You know, just listening to me. And listening to my issues and her willingness to want to help was what Made the whole entire process and the call worthwhile, because she made me feel important.And she made me feel like, you know, a person and not just, you know, another case.So I just want to say roxanne you did a great job. Our small company is owed almost a quarter of a million dollars from an unpaid invoice on a large scale project we have worked on and the primary Contractor that hired us along with the Engineering firm and the owners of the building are in dispute over many items and keeping our firm in the dark and have not paid us almost going on 4 months now which has put us in financial ruins being a small family owned company while we financed most of the project out of own pocket. As normal company would do we called approximately 6 law firms in order to explain to them our situation in order to determine if they would take our case and help in recovering our money. Now obviously for the most part attorneys do not answer their phone and you must speak to their secretaries and/or intake assistants in order to explain your situation. Every law firm's office we talked to we felt very uncomfortable and almost felt like a number and the attorney's may or may not get back to us. After calling Herman & Wells we spoke to a young lady that answered the phone, took our information down and stated the intake specialist is on another call at the moment and would return our call shortly. We received a call from Roxana and with the first few mins my husband and I felt extremely comfortable as she was extremely pleasant to speak with and gave us the opportunity to explain out situation word for word. I joked with her for a few mins I don't really know much about your law firm or the attorney that would take on our case but we would like to sign on the dotted line immediately because you have made us feel so comfortable and trust you and yet we have no clue who you are. She was a rockstar to work with. We hope to add to this review or add on another review at a later date with a positive 5 star experience after we see the outcome of what the attorney will be able to accomplish in resolving to get our money.
