Let me just say this, I reviewed once was called and apologized to and told if I removed my review, things would change. I have called this office and im always sent to Tami's voicemail. After sooooo many unreturned calls, I went to emailing there for i can keep up and document the things that are being done to me. I would send an email detailing new records at certain places and id always get the returned email, "thanks for the update!". So one day several months later I send in an email asking was she able to get into my portals for my records. She then ask me what we're they and what was the information. So for so long without getting returned calls, she was now just sending the first response google had for her to select and not receiving any of my records. I tell her that I have all call logs and all emails and some where she point blank lied about leaving me a voicemail, I have no voice mail set up. I have asked for the attorneys information so I can send him these emails and all the lies she has told this whole entire year. So whoever sees this, you need to fire TAMI, before she loses you ALOT of MONEY! Also, im taking my voicemails and call logs along with all my extra health problems and im hiring another lawyer, if I dont get answers to why this has even happened to me! Hell, I still might since in my last record I have a disability rate and also in-depth reasons
