UPDATE This morning (4/16/25 @ 10:33am) my lawyer called me and said that Paris Davis has been calling him and asking him to speak with me regarding my poor google review. He wants me to revoke it. Not only will I NOT revoke my honest review, I will leave it here for others to see him for the dishonest and manipulative lawyer/person he is. When all of this is put behind me I will report him to the Florida Bar so they can do an investigation on what exactly is going on here and let them get to the bottom of it. I've called to find out how long I have to make a grievance report and I have plenty of time. ************** Paris Davis represents my estranged husband in our divorce case. He never returns phone calls to my attorney. My divorce has been stalled for over a year now because non-communication from him. Emails, text messages and phone calls are a dead-end. His voice mailbox is full and no way to leave a message. Whenever he does respond, he promises to review, sign necessary paperwork, review our Marriage Settlement Agreement, etc and get back to us the next day...weeks go by with NO communication at all. They (my husband and his lawyer) keep demanding ridiculous things that I don't have like a coin that he keeps in his wallet, a camera that he used to surveillance me while I was changing in my bedroom, etc. He insisted they have access to the storage unit where I was storing all of our marital assets until they could be divided fairly. I paid over $500/mo to store everything and to pack the entire house up and move it into storage. This was on me to do since there was a domestic violence order against my -ex and he could not come to the house. I gave them access to the storage unit but he would not give me access to my ex's storage unit where he stored all of the things he stole from the house under the advisement of Paris who told him to take whatever he felt was "his" and I would have to fight to get it back. He (and my ex-husband) would not release funds from the sale of our marital home so that I could find a decent place to live. The hurricanes destroyed much of the Mobile home I purchased to live in and, still, they would not release any funds to me. We finally scheduled a court hearing in January for the release of funds that I desperately needed to repair my home and 45 minutes before the hearing, they called and said they would sign for the release so the hearing was cancelled. They NEVER signed! He lied and went back on his word. I just wanted my marriage dissolved and go on with my life and put this all behind but due to Paris Davis, it took over a year and extreme stress. FINALLY, they signed the Marriage Settlement Agreement in March...over 14 months later! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PARIS DAVIS TO ANYONE.

Attorney Paris Lee Davis was hired to help me fill out some paperwork with my divorce case I didn't understand and with his help it got my divorce moving faster and finalized.
