Definitely disappointed as I was referred to this firm. Because of who referred me I put my trust completely in their hands and have been let down over and over again. Initially I thought I was in good hands, I had no reason to think otherwise. At this point I could care less about the settlement. At no point have I been take serious and the only thing that comes out of Samantha's mouth is "this is a $100,000 policy." Not "are you ok" or "are you being taken care of". I could go through the list from my car being totaled to not being able to get to my doctors appointments. I have no idea who holds Samantha accountable but I spoke to a female attorney who basically told me how everyone loves Samantha. Which basically made me feel like I was being called a liar. I asked for a quick settlement out of frustration and now I don't even care to have any type of Settlement with this law firm. Please be careful when choosing this firm.

I had never had an accident suit before but with Lutz, Bobo, Telfair et al things went very smoothly. My attorneys were great at helping me deal with my overwhelm and guided me through the process, but mostly they just took care of things. I personally liked the attorneys I worked with. Mr. Telfair and his paralegal were both great. I felt that they worked hard for the best outcome for all parties. The suit settled relatively quickly and I was left free to heal. None of the jumping through hoops one hears of from people who have used other firms. One side note: I have never seen a billboard nor an advertisement for this firm. To me, this gives them a decided aura of authenticity and professionalism. I have recommended the firm to two different people.

My experience with this firm was excellent. All of my questions and concerns were promptly addressed and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I felt they advocated for me very well and got me the compensation I wanted for my case. I recommend them to anyone needing a personal injury attorney.
