This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had. I understand that this is a large company with many clients, but it began well in October 2023 with Attorney Chris Getty and Paralegal Aisha Ware. However, since then, it has been a complete disaster. I have had to go through four different attorneys. The last attorney was assigned the case a week before the court date. I received an email from the DC Court informing me that I needed to appear in person and explain why I should not face sanctions. Once I forwarded the email to him, we settled two days later, on October 3, 2025. I am still waiting to hear anything. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I called this law firm yesterday (Wednesday, 8-20-2025) to get assistance with a personal injury case against a doctor who botched my breast reduction surgery. Just like the last 12 law firms I've called, no one in their office is willing to help. I will not recommend this firm to my personal family and friends, however, to anyone else seeking representation and you're not a person of color, then they might be inclined to serve you.
It is such a shame that people of color have to just live with what societal members, doctors, and the general public do to us and we can't get assistance to get justice for the wrongdoings that have been done to us.
