We used Matt to close on a business only because he was involved through another party. It was almost impossible to get a reply from him and his team by both us (HIS ACTUAL CLIENT) and the other party through multiple multiple emails and calls. Come to find out he also missed several basic aspects of our closing and now we are on the hook for $ that we shouldn't be responsible for. Im told by other attys that he should've known this. If you want an inexperienced person to practice his law on you and then never respond... Matt is your guy.

Terrible company with very little legal knowledge. Matthew Carlone sent me an email accusing me of selling counterfeit products owned by a company they represent (I don't sell any counterfeit products or any products belonging to that brand) He also claimed I owned two webstores which I do not own (neither of the web links he sent were even online stores - one was for an animation company one was an insurance company???) Don't go here they clearly don't take their time or know what they're doing.

Very friendly and efficient service. Answered all my questions. Would recommend.
