Very rude people, they do not know how to converse eight all they act like our extortionist and harass you they try to charge you $20,000 in interest for something that was $2000

I called this business last week and todays date is 11/9/21. I spoke to a woman named Sue, who at first was very helpful and I understood that she could not tell me whether the debt was paid for or not and it's why I had my husband call, because it was a lien placed on his property. She yelled and was very rude to my husband when he called. In my opinion, just because one reiterated something to me( the non debtor) does not give her a right to feel agitated or superior to demean another. The people at this business wouldn't even be employed if it weren't for others who are or assume to believe they are in debt. She obviously does not know how to use phone etiquette. Maybe they need to offer her a class on what tone to use when speaking to patrons. The BBB have been notified.

I have been having a lot of trouble with finding direction with a case. I have tried so many different lawyers and have not had any help at all. I simply called looking for any advice I could get. I was directed to Andrew S. Marcucci where he looked up any information he could to simply give me some direction. I am very appreciative for the help! Although I was not able to go through with this law firm he really showed that he cared.
