My husband and I recently worked with Attorney Allison Poirier to update our Wills and other estate planning documents. She and her staff were extremely attentive and responsive throughout the process. Allison addressed all our questions in a clear and precise manner and took time to explain, and occasionally re-explain, various sections of the documents until she was certain we completely understood the sections in question. Her professionalism and expertise made this process seamless. We highly recommend Allison Poirier and KKC Law.

This firm is good at putting initial documents in place. However, use caution if you wish to revise documents or make transactions as a power of attorney. Allison poirier gets one star, but the other lawyers may be OK. I am an honest / decent human being and am trying to protect the well-being of my elderly parents and their assets. Unfortunately, Allison has major trust issues and strung me along for weeks in anticipation of completing a legal transaction and then at the last minute dropped me and my family as a client. This was not due to legal reasons, but due to personal preference. I was not even given the opportunity to provide Medical Records that demonstrated my parents mental competence to understand and sign a legal document. I was not giving an opportunity for my sister to talk to the lawyer to express her wishes that I get a larger inheritance based the time spent helping my parents and loss of income due to travel time. I have sacrifice so much of my time and money to ensure my parents are set up across state lines and that their healthcare needs can be met. It is my parents wishes to put the house in my name and leave a larger inheritance. They now understand the importance of protecting assets due to the Medicaid five year look back period. When people are dying of cancer, their views change drastically and they realize they cannot take their money to the grave. Allison was extremely unprofessional and her decision is an attack on my personal character. My parents and sisters are stressed out by the lawyer's decision. To make matters worse she sent my father a bill for $1000 to cover a 15 minute phone call and about six emails. One phone call that was charged for was a call requested by her that was not legally required. She can feel free to take a dying man to court over this. It's absolutely despicable. If you're trying to protect assets due to the five-year look back period, you are power of attorney, and your loved one is in a hospital or rehab rehabilitation center Do Not Use this firm as you can be dropped as a client at any point in time and have your personal integrity attacked. I have never been so insulted in my entire life.

I recently worked with Matthew E. Willis on a traffic ticket, and I'm honestly so grateful I found him. I was nervous and stressed out about the whole situation, but from the first conversation, he made me feel a lot more at ease. He took the time to explain everything--what the process would look like, the possible risks, and whether I'd need to show up in court or not. He kept me updated and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. Then today, I got the call--we won the case! I wasn't even surprised because he clearly knew what he was doing the entire time. If you're dealing with a traffic issue and don't know where to start, talk to Mr. Willis. He's knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about helping his clients. I highly recommend him.

Will and Lorraine were great to work with, and provided excellent communication throughout the process of buying my second home. Everything fell into place favorably, and with minimal stress. Overall I had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend KKC Law to anyone looking for a great attorney.

We recently went to Kahan Kerensky Caposela, LLP for advice on our legal options should one of us become incapacitated. Attorney Sutton gave us excellent information and when he inquired as to the status of our will, we all realized that it's 25 years old and needed to be updated. So Attorney Sutton and team updated the will (complete with additional paperwork). It was all very efficient. And every interaction we had with anyone in the office was pleasant and professional. We felt like we were in really good hands. We just signed the papers today and feel pretty confident about the future. We highly recommend KKC for any legal needs you have and KKC can be assured that, should we need legal advice or services in the future, we will definitely turn to them.
