I have known Attorney Starkey for almost 25 years. Over the years I have engaged her services several times to represent me in real estate transactions (sales and purchases). First and foremost, she is up to date and knowledgeable about real estate transactions and the ever changing developments in the complex world of banking, mortgages and the real estate. Second, and as important, Attorney Patricia Starkey takes the time to listen to her clients concerns and patiently answers their questions during what is a major (and often stressful) life decision - the purchase or sale of real estate. She is a tough negotiator and fierce advocate when she has to be but she does so in a manner that facilitates transactions, not hinders them. She answers calls or emails, almost always the same or next day and I have found her to be accessible, not an easy feat for a busy attorney. I am attorney and I know a lot of attorneys that concentrate their law practice in real estate law. However, I have been so impressed with her abilities that in addition to engaging her to represent me I always refer my clients to her when they need a real estate lawyer. Simply put, Attorney Starkey is top notch!

Where do I start ? Read one good review about this firm. I spent three weeks of trying to get in hold of a Nicole Shulick who I guess is a paralegal and does all this firms social security disability claim applications. I finally spoke with Ms. Starkey twice. First time she assured me Nicole Shulick would call me back the following day.Three days after that talked to Ms. Starkey again and she apologized and said she would have Nicole Shulick contact me asap. Now a week later and for the past two days called several times only to get a response of Ms Starkey is on another line she will call you back. Take my advice and stay far away from this rediculous firm who obviously don't care for the disabled..The one star is because Google will not let me post with zero stars.
