Can I give more than 5!!!! Keith is nothing short of a superhero among lawyers. He inherited what most people would have called an unwinnable case--one stacked against a divorce team spending three times as much, a client who was exhausted and defeated, and an overbearing family that brought plenty of noise and pressure. Keith took one look at the mess we were in, went back to his "Batcave," and he and Gail--his own version of Robin--simply got to work. He kept me calm the entire way through. When the GAL tore me to shreds, Keith looked at me and said, "Don't worry. We've got this." When the psychologist went after me next, he repeated it: "Don't worry. We've got this." And he meant it. With the steadiness, precision, and confidence of a surgeon, Keith took the case apart piece by piece. He didn't just fight--he out-thought, out-prepared, and out-performed everyone in the room. In the end, the most important outcome happened: my children won--they got their dad back. You can spend more money and get robbed. You can spend less money and get beaten. Keith as he prefers you call him, is an experienced lawyer put simply. To do him justice he is kind, understanding, considerate, patient, decisive, resourceful, respectful and personable. I recently hired Keith Yagaloff for my real estate transaction. From the first call to the end of closing, I dealt with Keith's associate Gail the entire time. She kept me updated along the process, worked with me to keep the paper-work moving and even resolved a last-minute issue that was entirely of my causing. I dealt with Gail and only Gail. Never got to talk to Keith, I didn't feel the need to, and never saw him either as I didn't have to attend the closing, thanks to Connecticut rules. This law first is terrific at getting things done, but I think Gail is super terrific! @ Keith, give her a raise!

Brandeis I've met many attorneys but Attorney Yagaloff is in a league of his own. His approach to legal cases, from family law to complex litigation to appellate work, is a true testament of his giftedness. He has a way of understanding the future moves which will play out in one's case and the outcomes well in advance - similar to a master chess player. He combines an amazing knowledge of the law, the psychology of people's behavior, and ceaseless dedication - turning over every stone until he gets the desired results in the best interest of his clients. He took on a difficult family matter few attorneys would accept, or at least not without large $10-15K retainers. The complexity of the case didn't faze him in the least and his retainer was so low, I asked twice given the retainer quotes from other attorneys. He jumped right into a complex case with short notice and completely turned it around with the most favorable outcome. He won a case many others attorneys refused because they deemed the case too difficult to manage or win. Attorney Yagaloff was confident from the get go, proving all those attorneys wrong AND with excellence. He's not lost a motion or hearing over the past 3.5 years. He puts every part of himself into the case with sheer dedication, long hours, brilliant legal acumen, and most of all, genuine caring. It's rare to find an attorney who takes each client and case so personally. He is determined his clients receive the best representation, justice, and legal outcome. Family law can be very stressful, as are clients and their demands, yet Attorney Yagaloff is the most patient attorney and person I've met. He is always calm, highly professional, and beyond rational in the most stressful situations. He handles situations which would rile a saint with grace and finesse. One need not worry about anything when he is handling one's case. Attorney Yagaloff has represented me in other legal matters such as probate court and he excelled in each case. Further, he is always available to talk and explain strategy and the current issues of the case. He deeply cares about his clients, doing everything possible for the best outcome. He's a gift and a rare gem in a crowded field of attorneys. He advocates for his clients far above and beyond what I have seen others attorney do. His office staff and paralegals, his wife Gail and Jodi, are equally outstanding and helpful. I'd give Attorney Yagaloff 10 stars if I could. He's been amazingly successful, well beyond my expectations given the complexities of the case. However, he's been equally generous with his time, advice, and kindness. I don't make such statements lightly, as this case required more than one attorney. I never felt compelled to write a review for any of those attorneys. Attorney Yagaloff surely deserves special recognition. He's worth three times his rates, which are extremely reasonable compared to other attorneys. He is clearly gifted, also having obtained a PhD in biochemisty, winning awards and distinctions. But he is also one of the finest people I've had the pleasure of meeting. Attorney Yagaloff has every attribute one would want in an attorney. Not to hire him would be a mistake. I am grateful beyond words to have found such an excellent lawyer, firm, and person to represent my family. I'd recommend him again and again. I can only think of pros in my experience with Attorney Yagaloff, as both a lawyer and person. I'm immensely thankful to have found him and for all he's done for my family. You cannot go wrong in retaining such a fine attorney on so many levels!

Atty Yagaloff is very nice So is Gail. They are trying very hard to make sure we get a fair hearing at the time our case is heard. He's very attentive, professional and is multi-skilled.
