Multiple issues at closing including not having check, SEVERAL blatant errors in the closing documentation, difficult to reach and completely disengaged from the buying process. Had to correct a name 3x. HORRIBLE experience. STAY AWAY. He was out of the country during our closing, did not notify ANYONE and we incurred additional courier costs to the buyer's lawyer as a result. Extremely unprofessional. Should not be practicing real estate law IMHO.

review documents carefully before signing, found many errors needing correction. did not have check ready at closing of house sale. took 3 attempts to generate check for closing with the correct name, despite multiple communication in writing and verbally.
