Law Office of David V. DeRosa

Having known Attorney DeRosa for several years I personally refer him to anyone asking me for an exceptional family or criminal attorney. He also does appellate work. He's extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They say you only need an attorney on the worst day imaginable of your life and although that may be true, Attorney DeRosa will be a calm and listening ear and make you feel understood and supported throughout the often confusing, overwhelming and stressful legal process. He is a great communicator and will timely get back to you to answer your questions.

David DeRosa is completely unprofessional!!! Do not go to him for anything!! He is incapable. I had several appointments to meet him at his office\ apparently his home, he literally rolled out of bed in sweatpants and SOCKS to greet me after i was banging on the door and calling him for our scheduled appointment AND STALE CEREAL BOWL. In hand and on his desk. .COBWEBS THAT WOULD MAKE A SPIDER ENVY!!! He was late and never prepared He also left my complete files at a court house after a hearing. David then called me at 11pm asking if i had the files he had left at the court. David DeRosa is a TrainWreck!!! s inept and incompetent! David is a HOT MESS!

I don't think it's appropriate for a divorce attorney to date another man's wife while she is going through a divorce. Even if she was not a client . From my experience, when another man dates your wife during a divorce, especially if that other man happens to be a divorce attorney, it severely damages the prospects for reconciliation.

Great attorney with very reasonable prices. Very friendly and personable; with a very relatable personality.
