You can't go wrong with Richard. He was my lawyer for a long period of time. He became like part of the family. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the law. He is very calm, cool and collective. He can think on his feet very quickly. He does what is best for your child, even giving you advise that is focused on your child's best interest. He knows the law incredibly well. You will see that he "wins" most objections that he voices or defends well against objections simply because he knows the law and argues it well. I think judge's respect the fact that he knows the law and speaks in a way that is not at all dramatic. I think they listen when he speaks. He is reasonable with his billing. He is empathic. I seriously cannot imagine having a better family matter lawyer. He is extraordinarily logical yet compassionate and empathic. He is honest and intuitive. He really is what every lawyer should be. He successfully helped me protect my daughter and I, as the father, got sole custody of her. I will forever have the deepest gratitude possible for Attorney Callahan. So long as you are reasonable, you cannot go wrong with Richard representing you in family matters, you really cannot.
