This review is for Erin Comite, whose handling of the Apple class action matter has been completely unacceptable. It's clear her interest lies not in helping class members, but in collecting millions while ignoring the very people the settlement is supposed to benefit. I left Erin Comite a voicemail, sent two follow-up emails, and spoke with her receptionist, Cindy. Cindy flat-out lied to me, saying she would call me back--she never did. I followed up again, and still nothing. Erin Comite has complete disregard for the people she's supposed to be helping. She doesn't care if you get your money or not, and her staff lies as well. Erin Comite's complete lack of responsiveness sends a clear message: she simply doesn't care whether or not you receive the compensation you're owed.
