Office could be more cleaner and professional.when I called no one answered. When they finally called back it was who this, not professional way answer phone. Signed for check on Friday ,which I was told I would definitely have my portion by Wednesday. Told me to check again tomorrow(Thursday) so now because I was gonna use my money for surgery that I really need, life and death, I have to put my surgery on hold because they act like they don't have any urgency or care. The best thing I can say is they did work hard on my case, giving the negativity that I heard. I got more money than I expected to get considering I didn't even wanna do the lawsuit. They are definitely great in that area, but could be a little more professional when answering phones and dealing with people and dress more professional
