John J Ghidini was a beacon of hope to my daughter and I at a time when our options seemed limited. He worked very hard to bring beyond satisfactory results and to help bring my daughter home. If it weren't for him, I don't know if I would've ever gotten my child back. Sometimes, the people that care the most get frustrated at times. John is the kind of guy that doesn't feel the need to explain that he has actually read everything submitted to him. He is fair and doesn't over bill when he very easily can run up a bill for emails and reading many attachments etc. He is an honest lawyer. Indeed, John runs circles around them, wins, and has them running back to the holes they crawled out of. He actually knows the law and uses it. He is fair and unafraid to expose the truth. Worst lawyer ever unprofessional rude and racist. Contracted through the state of Connecticut to do whatever they want. Does not fight for your kids. This man has a chip on his shoulder and did not want to work with my family I believe it's because we are African American. No good lawyer is getting paid by the state. The entire firm he works with are contracted through the state and they are 100% loyal to the state. GKL law is the firm in Cheshire CT. If they appoint this firm in court ask for someone else because they will make u comply with DCF no matter what the evidence is.

Beware!!! Please DO NOT use this attorney. He will not tell you about important court dates and will flat out lie to you about your case. He will totally disrespect you and get belligerent with you when he feels like he's doing more work. He has no heart or empathy. What a gross misrepresentation of an attorney!
